I spend most of last week digging around the website and sifting through many memories, as I'm sure a lot of you book bloggers are doing as well. I had a lot of great times this year. I'm proud!
In Case You Missed it!
First and foremost, I have to mention that I spent a lot of the past week tweeking the social media and making sure everything was in order. I added some new content on the menu, as well as the side-bar, so make sure you check it out. And please, connect with me. I would like to connect with as many people, bloggers, and readers as possible. We can only grow as big as far as we let ourselves connect to others.
Now, let's get down to all the great memories I put together from the past years.
See how my countdown to 2014 has gone down so far; my favorite books of 2011,2012, and 2013; my final reading challenges and so forth. More is to come this coming week.
I have been evolving in my style of reviews. I find that every year something new emerges in the way I set up and present my reviews, much being a result of how I read and look back on my reviews. But also because I feel like I want my website to hold a more representative tone to how bookserk I am. Anyway, check it out.
Back to My Love for the WEEKLY MEMES
I was mostly busy coming back to the new year fresh and ready that I didn't get to actually post my Top Ten Tuesday and Feature Follow Fridays memes. What did happen is I stumbled upon a new meme, and now I'll be doing the Super 6 Sundays every Sunday. I'm excited about being more involved in my weekly memes. I'm trying to be more involved this coming year, more so than I was in the past two years. I love connecting to other book bloggers, so I'm taking my memes more seriously hereon. This week's Super6Sunday: The Best of 2013, is quite the selection.
I am trying to begin the new year of 2014 with a new mindset of consistency and dedication to this website. It has been a part of my life for a while now, and it is a huge part of who I am. I am fully committed to it as it is fully committed to rewarding me with all its beauties and glories, talk about personifying a website ;). In any case, there is a lot of content I want to be more consisted about working on it, and it's all covered in the menu as time goes on.
Meanwhile, this week, I started a weekly series of Inspirational Quotes. I feel like quotes will never die. Moreso, we can never have enough of quotations. Even further, there are particular quotes from books that will live with us forever. That is the case with me. Those are the quotes that keep me inspired. I intend to always remain inspired. Tell me your favorite quote that keeps you inspired to read!
That's all. How did your week go?
